Work with the executive team to measure and optimize the financial performance of the company.
Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and monitoring cash vs. burn, etc.
Be responsible for the tax process & compliance
Design and build reporting systems for investors, leadership and other departments to accurately track SaaS KPIs including, Churn, Expansion, etc.
Manage the flow of funds between a growing enterprise customer base and our payment processing partners.
Work with accounting partners to report and reconcile monthly financial statements.
Coordinate the administration & legal affairs (incl. International contracts)
Manage the risk (incl. contractual)
Coordinate HR (regulations & payroll)
Lead cross-functional projects helping the company to further structure and scale, working with most teams.
Help shape this growing team as one of its first members.

💼 2-4 years of experience in consulting / investment banking, big 4 accounting firm, or business operations at an enterprise SaaS company.
🛠️ Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets is required, and familiarity with accounting tools and CRM’s (e.g.: Salesforce) are a plus.
🇵🇱🇬🇧 Fluent Polish AND English - our HQ is based in Poland and therefore you’ll be interacting with some business partners who might only speak that language. Still, - - English is how we communicate internally, with investors, partners, customers - so you’ll need to know it as well.
