Voucherify is the leading Incentive Optimization Engine powering personalized promotions, flexible loyalty, and rapid incentive experiments for digital-first brands.
Their marketing team wanted to showcase more real-world use cases to prospects, with a clear focus on increasing brand awareness and filtering out unqualified leads early in the buying journey.
Too often, it took until the second or third call to realize a prospect wasn’t the right fit—after significant time and effort had already been spent.
At the same time, the presales team was stretched thin, building and delivering repetitive demos for prospects with similar needs. With a complex product, creating custom demos for each opportunity was time-consuming and pulled the team away from strategic initiatives.
Plus, enterprise buyers were their core audience, and lengthy sales cycles were inevitable
Voucherify needed a way to help prospects understand the product earlier, move deals faster, and reduce the presales workload caused by repetitive demo creation.
The Voucherify team chose Demoboost to bring their product in front of prospects in a more scalable and efficient way. First up, they built an extensive demo gallery on their website that covered the key functions of their product, and enterprise use cases.
We wanted to put the product directly in front of our prospects. They don’t want generic content, they want to see how the product actually works. And there isn’t a better way to show that than having a demo gallery.

The demos were built collaboratively, with regular input from the technical team, and refined over time based on feedback. One key advantage was how easy it was to update and iterate demos without starting from scratch.
The fact that you can edit on the go, update text, images, or even blur sensitive data, was a huge plus. We didn’t have to redo everything. If someone suggested a change later, we could update it in just a few clicks. That definitely saved us a lot of time.

With Demoboost in place, the Voucherify team significantly reduced the time spent creating demos. It used to take up to three hours to build a custom demo. Now it takes about 30 minutes, freeing the presales team to focus on higher-value work.
They also shared use-case-specific demos with prospects, helping them self-educate earlier in the process and making sales conversations more focused.
Moreover, their sales cycle got much faster.
Introducing Demoboost demos has shortened our sales cycle. We also see fewer support tickets, as our support team can now point most customers to our product tour instead of handling every request.

Looking ahead, the team plans to keep expanding their demo gallery based on customer and sales feedback.
We see this as an ongoing investment. As customer needs evolve, we’ll continue to add and refine product tours to highlight the features that matter most. This helps us keep demos relevant, consistent, and closely aligned with real buyer conversations.
