MySolution wanted to turn its website into a stronger product education and lead generation channel.
The team had already invested in creating a strong website experience, but they needed a better way to help visitors understand the product earlier — without forcing every prospect to book a call before seeing how the solution worked.
They also wanted to make the website more interactive, more conversion-focused, and more scalable as the company expanded beyond the Dutch market.
The objective was clear: create a product experience that could sit directly on the website, educate visitors, encourage demo requests, and eventually support different language markets.
As the team continued developing its broader content and organic search strategy, the demo became an important part of the website foundation — giving visitors a more tangible way to explore the product before engaging with sales.
MySolution embedded a Demoboost interactive demo directly into its website experience.
The demo gave website visitors a more hands-on way to engage with the product and encouraged them to take the next step through clear calls to action, including the option to “plan a demo.”
The team also connected the demo experience with website performance tracking, allowing them to see how visitors were interacting with the page and how the demo was contributing to engagement.
What stood out was not only the number of interactions, but also the clear increase in demo requests coming through the website.
For MySolution, Demoboost became more than a static product walkthrough. It became part of a broader website conversion flow — helping visitors move from curiosity to action.
With the Dutch demo live and performing, MySolution is now planning the next phase: expanding the demo experience into German and English.
Using Demoboost’s auto-translate capabilities, the team can duplicate the existing demo, translate it into new languages, and then involve native speakers to refine the final copy where needed.
This gives MySolution a practical way to scale its product story across markets without rebuilding every demo from scratch.
The demo also caters for a better mobile experience. Today, mobile visitors see a simplified website view, but MySolution developed a more dedicated mobile demo flow — designed specifically for smaller screens and mobile behaviour.
Since launching the Demoboost demo on the website, MySolution has seen strong engagement from website visitors.
The demo attracted more than 2,600 interactions from February onwards, showing that visitors were not only landing on the website but actively engaging with the product experience.
The team also saw an increase in demo requests, with visitors clicking through from the demo experience to request a sales conversation.
The success of the first website demo has also given MySolution a clear path forward. The team now plans to improve the existing demo, translate it into additional languages, explore mobile-friendly demo experiences, and eventually connect richer demo engagement data into their analytics and HubSpot workflows.
For a marketing team focused on organic search, AI visibility, and scalable content, Demoboost gives MySolution a way to add product-led engagement directly into the website journey.
