Some updates are about new capabilities. This one is also about removing the small, persistent annoyances that slow demo teams down: the missing image upload, the manual brand color hunt, the playlist sidebar taking up screen real estate mid-presentation.
Here's what's new.
Offline Mode: Your Full Demo Library, No Internet Required
Trade shows. Client sites with locked-down WiFi. Flights. There are more scenarios than you'd think where a solid internet connection isn't guaranteed, and until now Demoboost demos depended on one.
Offline Mode changes that.
From your Demoboost offline library, you can download any demo to your device. Once downloaded, it plays completely without internet: guides, links, audio narration, video narration, image screens, video screens, and speaker notes all work exactly as they would online. Just hit play and you're presenting, no network needed.
AI Theme Generator: Your Client's Brand Colors in Seconds
Every presales team has been there. You're building a personalized demo, you want it to look on-brand for the prospect, and suddenly you're digging through their website trying to match hex codes by eye. It's tedious, it's slow, and it's the kind of thing that quietly eats into your prep time.
The new AI Theme Generator removes that step entirely.
Open the theme editor, hit "Generate theme using AI," upload a screenshot from the client's website or brand materials, and within seconds Demoboost builds a matching color palette. Give the theme a name, save it, and it's ready to use. Every color is editable, so if something doesn't look right you can tweak it. Most of the time, you won't need to.
The goal is to make personalized, on-brand demos something you can spin up fast, not something that takes a separate design sprint. This is a major step toward that.
Images in Guides: Finally
If you've spent time building guides in Demoboost, you've probably wanted to drop an image in at some point. A screenshot, a diagram, a logo. Until now, that wasn't possible without clunky workarounds.
It is now.
The guide editor has a new image button. Upload any image, position it at the top or bottom of your guide text, and it lives there. If you resize the guide, the image resizes with it: proportionally, cleanly, no manual adjustment needed. You can replace the image at any point, move it, or delete it entirely.
Three More Things Worth Knowing
It sounds like a small thing. But if you've ever gone the long way around to include a visual in a tooltip, you'll know exactly how much this matters.
Collapse your playlist sidebar. Playlist sidebars, chapters, and subchapters can now be collapsed during a demo. More screen real estate for your product, less visual noise for your audience.
Duplicate a demo to any folder. When you duplicate a demo, you can now choose the destination folder. It goes where you want it, not where the original lives.
Cleaner Secure Sharing experience. When allow or blocklist is your only sharing gate, viewers used to hit two screens: Demo Guard first, then the lead form. Now they see just the lead form. One gate, no double friction.
