More ways to share your demos. More formats to reach your audience. More powerful ways to refine your content with AI.

Our latest Demoboost release gives you even more flexibility in how you create, personalize, and distribute your demos.

We're introducing expanded Sharing Links, demo exports in three formats, and a new AI-powered Guide Refinement dashboard. Wingman AI is also gaining new editing controls and demo-building capabilities.

Plus, we've made improvements to AI Autotranslate, branding, and screen responsiveness.

Let's take a look!

Smarter Sharing Links: More Flexibility, Better Tracking

We've expanded Demoboost's Sharing Links to give your team more ways to distribute demos and track engagement.

Previously, every user had their own unique sharing link per demo. Now, you can choose from three types of links, depending on how and with whom you're sharing:

  • Master Link: One organization-wide link per demo that anyone on your team can use. Ideal for sharing a consistent demo link across your organization.
  • Custom Link: Each user keeps their own link per demo and can now create additional links for different campaigns, channels, or use cases.
  • Personalized Link: Create individual links for specific prospects and track their engagement, even without requiring them to fill out a Lead Form.

All your existing links continue working exactly as before. They've simply become Custom Links, so there's nothing you need to update or reshare.

Whether you're sharing demos across your organization, running multiple campaigns, or following up with individual prospects, you now have a dedicated link type for every scenario.

One demo, three ways to share it, and more visibility into who's engaging.

Demo Export: One Demo, More Ways to Share It

Interactive demos are a powerful way to let buyers explore your product. And now, you can bring your demos to even more channels and formats.

Introducing Demo Export, which lets you download your Demoboost demos as:

  • PDF: Share product walkthroughs as documents, support internal discussions, or keep a reference copy.
  • Video: Turn your demo into video content for presentations, YouTube, or asynchronous communication.
  • GIF: Create animated visuals for emails, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Want to feature a demo in a LinkedIn post? Export it as a video. Need a visual for an email campaign? Try a GIF. Sharing product information with a stakeholder who prefers documents? Export a PDF.

Create your demo once. Share it in the format that works best for your audience.

Guide Refinement: Your Entire Demo Story, One Dashboard

Guides play an important role in how buyers experience your demo, helping them navigate your product and understand its value.

Now, we're making it even easier to keep that story consistent and engaging across every screen.

Meet the new Guide Refinement dashboard, where you can see and edit all guides in your demo from one place.

With AI-powered refinement, you can take it even further:

  • Edit guides together: Review and update multiple guides from a single dashboard.
  • Get AI-powered improvement suggestions: Discover opportunities to make your guides clearer, more concise, and more effective based on best practices.
  • Refine content with AI: Apply changes across your guides with just a few prompts, whether you're updating terminology, adjusting messaging, or making your copy more consistent.

Your entire demo narrative, now easier to review, refine, and optimize.

Wingman AI: More Control, More Possibilities

Wingman AI continues to evolve, bringing more demo creation and customization capabilities into a simple, prompt-based workflow.

This release brings two exciting updates: more intuitive editing controls and the first steps toward Wingman V3.

More Intuitive Multi-Screen Editing

Wingman's multi-screen editing is getting even more convenient.

You can now use a dedicated screen selector to choose exactly which screens you want Wingman to edit, directly from the interface.

We're also expanding Target Mode. Instead of selecting just one element, you can now target multiple elements at once, making it easier to edit related components together or perform tasks involving multiple elements.

More precise edits, with even more control over what Wingman changes.

The First Steps Toward Wingman V3

We're also introducing the first capabilities that pave the way for Wingman V3.

Wingman is expanding beyond screen editing to support more actions within the Demoboost Editor. You can now use it to configure Floating Buttons, Share Menus, and Tour Navigation.

And here's another exciting addition: Wingman can now generate entirely new screens from scratch, using your existing demo metadata to preserve context and branding.

More Improvements Worth Exploring

Alongside these major releases, we're continuing to make everyday workflows even smoother across Demoboost.

AI Autotranslate: Even More Precise Localization

AI Autotranslate now gives you greater control over how specific terminology is handled across languages.

You can create language-specific Do Not Translate lists, keeping selected words unchanged only in the languages where you need them preserved.

We've also introduced custom translation glossaries, allowing you to define exactly how particular terms should be translated.

This gives international teams more control over terminology, product names, and messaging consistency across markets.

A Fresh Look for Lead Forms and Themes

Our interface refresh continues, and this time the Lead Form Editor and Theme Editor are getting a new look.

We're also introducing two convenient Global Branding options:

  • Company logo: Set your logo once and have it appear across your templates and lead forms.
  • Brand color: Save your brand color for faster, more consistent theme creation.

Less setup, more brand consistency across your demos.

Responsive Screens: A More Consistent Viewing Experience

We've improved how captured demo screens adapt to different display sizes, including interfaces where element dimensions are controlled by JavaScript.

With the new Lock Viewport option in Demo Settings, you can achieve more consistent scaling for newly captured screens. For existing demos, you can provide the original capture resolution to achieve the same result.

This gives you more flexibility to deliver reliable demo experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
