Aside from HTML screens, you can also upload multimedia screens in the following format:
- Images
- Videos
- PDFs
- Image screens are useful for depicting views that can't be captured with the Demoboost extension (such as mobile apps). They can also be used as introductory cards. Image screens can have custom interactions added to them, allowing you to place links and guides on top of them
- Videos are useful for showcasing highly interactive elements that can't have their functionality reflected in a Demoboost demo. Keep in mind these videos will have their own screens - if you'd like to insert a video into an HTML screen.
- Multipage PDFs will be split into one screen per page.
Step 1: Open up the Demo Details page.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot button next to the thumbnail of the screen you wish to follow up with a multimedia screen and choose the Add new screen option.
Step 3: Name your screen and click on Save
Step 4: Open the editor screen & Click "Upload media" and upload your media.
Step 5: If you select an image, you'll have the option to add a custom interaction layer. Simply click on the image within the editor and resize or reposition the interaction box by dragging and dropping. You can then click on the box to add links and guides. - You can replace the uploaded media at any time by clicking on the three-dot button in the bottom-right corner of the screen's thumbnail and selecting 'Upload new media.
