As an Org Admin, you have the power to define the look, feel, and data-collection standards for every demo your team creates. By centralizing these settings, you ensure that every prospect experience is perfectly on-brand and that every lead is captured with the right context.
This overview covers the two primary administrative levers you can pull to scale your demo operations: Custom Themes and Custom Lead Forms.
Consistency is key to a professional demo. Instead of individual team members guessing your brand colors or font sizes, Org Admins can create global Custom Themes.
Defining a theme allows you to:
Set Global Colors: Choose primary, secondary, and background colors.
Control Typography: Ensure every demo uses your company's approved fonts.
Standardize UI Elements: Set the style for buttons and clickable links across the entire organization.

Capturing lead data shouldn't be a "one-size-fits-all" experience. With the Custom Lead Form builder, you can design qualification flows that match your specific sales process.
Administrative lead form settings allow you to:
Build the Form: Use drag-and-drop elements like text inputs, number fields, and checkboxes.
Gate Your Demos: Choose exactly which form appears before a prospect can view your content.
Automate Data Flow: Set up Webhooks to send lead data directly to your CRM (like Salesforce or Hubspot) or trigger instant Slack alerts for your sales team.

As your demo library grows, keeping content organized becomes essential. Organization Tags help teams create a shared tagging structure, making it easier to filter, search and quickly find the right demos across the workspace.
Admins can centrally manage organization-wide tags directly from the Settings menu, ensuring consistent tagging standards across teams.

How to Add Organization Tags.
The most immediate power granted to an Admin Org is total control over the organization's roster. While a standard user only sees their own profile, an Admin has a bird’s-eye view of every seat in the house.
One of the most important responsibilities of an Admin is ensuring the right people have the right tools—nothing more, nothing less.
By simply clicking a dropdown, an Admin can promote a ‘User’ to an ‘Admin’ or vice versa. This ensures that organization settings are restricted to a few trusted leads, while the rest of the team can focus on creating demos without the risk of accidentally changing global settings.
A workspace is dynamic, and the Admin Org is responsible for keeping it clean and secure.
With the ‘Add User’ button, an Admin can invite new users by simply providing a name and email, instantly bringing them into the company’s digital ecosystem.
Once you click Save, the system automatically sends an email invite to the new user's inbox. From there, they can follow the provided instructions to set up their password and complete their first log-in.
Using the Active Toggle, an Admin can immediately deactivate a user. This is a vital security feature—if an account is no longer needed, access is cut off instantly, ensuring company data remains within the company.
Keep in mind that while any user can apply a theme, form or existing tag to their demos, only users with Admin Org privileges can:
By setting these standards today, you empower your team to build faster while maintaining the high quality your brand requires.
